Our Medium Loopy Bow (Puff Bow) is made out of 48pcs folded grosgrain ribbon pieces which are sewn together, measured around 3.5" across, then attached to a piece of non-woven fabric, and finally attached to a half ribbon lined single alligator clip with V mouth.
